Registration for the 2014 dumball opens at 9am on Sunday 15th September. After 6 dumball’s in Europe (one of which strayed to Asia) we’re taking things to the next level and heading to Africa… it’ll be spicy in more than one sense of the word.
As always, the greatest banger rally around will do EVERYTHING for you (stopping just short of buying and pimping your vehicle) the cost will include a detailed day by day guidebook, t-shirts, car art, shortwave walkies for the week, the big send off party on Brighton beach, the lavish awards ceremony on the final night… and no less than 10 night’s accommodation (more than ever), including camping under the stars in the Sahara desert.
As always, the most creative ideas will be put to the top of the applications list, so start thinking about you you team’s theme now…we will definitely be oversubscribed! If you have already registered your interest you will still need to apply on the 15th.
It’s never too early to get thinking of ways to raise sponsorship, as everyone taking part needs to raise £1,000 in for the Teenage Cancer Trust, who we’d like to raise more money than every for. So if you have any great ideas, mention them on your application – it will strengthen your case for a place.
So, put Friday 23rd May – Sunday 1st June 2014 into your diaries and get ready to apply on Sunday 15th September.
