dumball 2010 is now closed for applications The event runs between Friday September 3rd - Sunday September 12th please join our mailing list for information on our 2011 event It costs £400 per person, plus a £50 fee for each team entered . The cost includes 8 nights 3-5 star accomodation, ferrys, t-shirts, car graphics, drivers manual and two big parties with special celebrity guests. (max 3 per team)* See below for more details. As a dumballer, your mission is to raise at least £1000 per person for the TEENAGE CANCER TRUST.

applying think long
and hard about your ideas for a car theme and fancy dress. We can't take
everybody with us, and demand is high, so we pick the most original and
inspiring ideas, because we want the dumball to be the best banger rally in the

The 2010 event
will kick off with a huge fundraising party and opening
parade on Brighton sea front- with live music and a mystery
guest to get things started. Then after a good nights rest
we drive through: France, Luxembourg, Switzerland,
Lichtenstein, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo,
Macedonia, Greece...and it will all end with a magnificent
awards ceremony in Sicily!
Teams are a maximum of three people so you can hitch a lift with
others if/when you breakdown. Your £400 fee covers all your
accommodation and ferries for the 9 days and nights of the event
(Friday PM to the following Sunday AM) and loads of other stuff
- in fact just about everything you need for the week (see
below).
You just buy a vehicle and book your flight home and you really
are ready to dumball. The dumball is run by volunteers and
certainly is not for profit.
Every bit of your money is spent on
getting the best accommodation and having the best time en
route. That's what makes us special!
